Social Studies

Three units of social studies are required for graduation. The required classes include Civics/Economics, World History, and US History. Additional courses are recommended for students following most of the 16 career clusters and help meet the six career focus electives required for graduation.

  • *Advanced Placement Psychology - 10th, 11th, and 12th

  • *Advanced Placement Macroeconomics - 11th and 12th (semester course)

  • World History - 10th, 11th, and 12th

  • *Advanced Placement US Government and Politics - 10th and 11th (semester course)
