Baleigh Williams

Hello, my name is Baleigh Williams, and I am a 4th grade teacher at Sequoyah Elementary School. I graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2018. I found my love of teaching 4th graders in my internship, which continued to blossom throughout my first year teaching! My favorite part of teaching is creating meaningful relationships with my students. To me, the most rewarding part of teaching is being able to see how students grow not only academically but socially!

Gina Eason

My name is Gina Eason and I have been teaching since 1979. I received my undergraduate degree from Hendrix College and my master’s degree from The University of Arkansas.

I absolutely love teaching fourth graders. They are smart, eager to learn, and fun to teach. I have taught a variety of grade levels over the past 35 years and have decided that these are the best kids for me.

I truly believe that learning is fun, and that Sequoyah is a happy place to learn. All three of my children received a wonderful education from this school, and I am glad that my grandchildren are attending Sequoyah, too.

Tammy Harrison

My name is Tammy Harrison. I have been teaching since 2003. My first two years were teaching second grade at Oark Elementary before coming to Sequoyah Elementary. I enjoy gardening and spending time with my family.
Katie Pierce
Hello! I'm Katie Pierce, and I am one of Sequoyah's fourth grade teachers. I graduated from the University of Arkansas, and immediately decided to move to the beautiful city of Russellville to accept a job at Sequoyah Elementary. I am so blessed to be able to call Sequoyah my home! I found my love for fourth grade the year I started teaching and haven't left it since! I love how capable fourth graders are and how they can push boundaries to discover new things. Watching them blossom before they head to 5th grade is amazing.
