Congratulations to our RJHS April Employee and Student of the Month!
Our student of the month is Moises Vasquez Portillo! He was nominated by Coach Chiolino and here is what she had to say about Moises: "This student works hard in the classroom striving to be successful. He never causes problems and is always friendly to everyone. Even though I do not have him in class anymore, he always goes out of his way to say hi to me every day."
Our employee of the month is Coach Jillian Wilson! She was nominated anonymously! The person who nominated her had this to say: "I have not known Jillian a long time but for the time that I have known her I understand her to be a great teacher and most importantly a great role model. The students love her and I can tell that she loves them. Not only do the students look up to her, but the staff look up to her as well. Sometimes there are tough days at RJHS for whatever reason, but Jillian always strives to rise to the occasion that is before her. She makes the most out of her days and although Jillian is great at her job she is humble at admitting it. Jillian is an employee but everyone knows that she is a mother and a wife first. It is great to see her love for them. I have seen Jillian encourage others in person and even on social media. So now, it is time for her to be encouraged as well."
