Congratulations to our March Employee and Student fo the Month!
Our March Student of the Month is 9th grader, Tim Stobaugh! He was nominated by Ms. Hall and here is what she had to say about Tim: "I would like to nominate Herman "Tim" Stobaugh for student of the month. This child is well behaved and respectful albeit quiet in the classroom; however, he wasn't always. He has improved exponentially since the beginning of the year: he is now attentive, focused, engaged, hard working, on time, and willing to participate. I cannot express the change in him, and I want to celebrate it as much as possible to show him how awesome it can be when he demonstrates all he can do! A person can be smart, but if that intelligence is never demonstrated, what does it accomplish? His willingness to change and try are what make me the proudest teacher ever. "
Our March Employee of the Month is Coach Jordan Duvall! He teaches 8th grade history and coaches football and track! He was nominated by Cara Treadwell, Colin Skowron and Lylian Bryan and here is what they had to say about Coach Duvall: "We think Jordan Duvall deserves Employee of the Month. Mr. Duvall Is very good at teaching and he makes sure that everyone understands the instructions and the topic every day. He is always open to helping others, even when they don't want help. He is a great coach and such a supportive teacher. He maintains a good classroom and makes sure that we are learning and not goofing off. He grades hard, but it's fair and he is always trying to prepare us for the road ahead. He knows how to make you understand and he is a great coach and teacher."
