The RJHS Fall Book Fair will start on October 12th and end on October 23rd. It will be open during Parent Teacher Conferences on the 23rd. Students and parents are encouraged to shop!!! For more information, please contact Mrs. Baldwin at 479-968-1599.

Next Week is RJHS Colors' Week! Students are encouraged to dress up for each day's theme as long as dress code is followed. This is an awesome oppurtunity to particpate and show your RJHS pride! See the attached pic for the theme for each day. Go whirlwinds!!

In CSU this week, students decorated pumpkins with scriptures and encouraging words!

The RJHS October Library Contest will be a pumpkin decorating contest! Get into the fall spirit by decorating a pumpkin to look like or represent your favorite book or book character! Pumpkins can be brought into the library starting on Monday, Oct 15th! The deadline for entering decorated pumpkins is Tuesday, October 30th. See the attached flyer for contest rules!

This morning, before school, students gathered around the flag pole at RJHS in respect of "See You at the Pole", that takes place on the fourth Wednesday in September every year. #rjhswinds

Students in Mrs. Hutchinson's math classes worked around the room to practice finding the volume of cone, cylinder, and sphere in a friendly game of Bingo. They had so much fun to trying to get the first bingo of the class. #rjhswinds



PE students played Island Escape, which involves team work and communication skills during their classes on Friday. #rjhswinds

Things are looking up in Mr. Humphreys' math class. Students are working on a scavenger hunt that leads them to problems posted around the classroom; some of which are taped to the ceiling. #rjhswinds

Today the 8th graders attended Data Talks with the RJHS principals to discuss their ACT Aspire and RTI data. #rjhswinds

RJHS students will be going to see the Fall Musical next Thursday, September 27th.
