Russellville Cyclones lose to Morrilton 35-13 in the 2026 season opener at Devil Dog Stadium. It was the 97th meeting all time between the two schools.
The season opens with new head caoch Derek Davis, Russellville's 27th head coach in Cyclone Football history.
Russellville had over 200 yards of offense, and trailed 14-7 early 3rd quarter, before Morrilton answered with 21 points.
RHS will have their home opener next week as they host Alma at Cyclone Stadium. It will be the 14th meeting between the two teams all time.
